A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE CQUNCtL OF THE VILLAGE OF
TEQUESTA, FLORIDA, AMENDING RESOLUTION 3-11, THE WEBSITE AND
EVENT SPONSORSHIP POLICY, REGARDING THE POSTtNG OF CERTAIN
THIRD PARTY INFORMATION AND SITE LINKS; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Village Councii of the Ullage of Tequesta desires to amend the Resolution
3-11 that aliows certain third party information or off-site iinks to be posted on the Uliage
of Tequesta website and social media sites under s�c'rf'ic circumstances; and
WHEREAS, the Village Counci! believes that amending such policy wilf seroe the interests
of the public and will benefit both residents and businesses in the Vllage of Tequesta, and
allow for more intemaf office efficiency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RES�LVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLQRIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 The �Ilage Council hereby amends and adopts the 'Third Party
PostingstLinks to Third Party Sites" policy attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Section 2 The Village of Tequesta website webmaster is directed to implement this
policy by posting same at the appropriate location on the Viilage of Tequesta website, and
by administering the policy according to its own terms.
Section 3 This Resolution shali take efFect immediately upon adoption.

The Village of Teques#a wi11 only post information from, or provide hyperlinks to, public
schools, Village sponsored events, organizations that offer govemment provided
senrices, and those organizations that have qualified and been accepted as sponsors
for Ullage programs and/ar events. Postings andlor hyperlinks shall remain active for
no longer than thirty (30)days.
The above referenc�d third party pos#ings contained within this site are provided by the
Village of Tequesta as a courtesy to the above referenced entities and organizations.
The postings are not to be construed as endorsements by the Village of Tequesta.
