1. APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES: December 20, 2018
2. SPM 1-19: Application from RCMR JV, LLC (known as Village Square) for a Site Plan Modification to amend the
existing uniform sign code. The application also includes a modification to the monument sign wall color. The
subject property is located at 221 S. US Highway 1,Tequesta, FL 33469.
3. SPM 2-19: Application from TEQUESTA BUSINESS ASSOC for a Site Plan Modification to install an
approximately 8 ft. by 13 ft. aluminum canopy over an existing sidewalk. The application also includes an
approximately 8 ft. by 25 ft. tan canvas awning. The proposed structures will be located on the west building
elevation facing Old Dixie Highway. The address of the property is 250 Tequesta Drive 101, Tequesta, Florida
33469.
