Approval of the previous meeting minutes from October 17, 2019.
AGENDA ITEMS
1. SPR 1-19: Application of Royal Tequesta LLC for a site plan review to build a
two (2) story 69-unit multi-family condominium residential development
including one (1) monument sign, one (1) swimming pool, a fitness center, and
a new landscaping plan. The subject property is located at 746 US Highway 1
and 734 N. US Highway 1, Tequesta, Florida, 33469.

Public comments communications from citizens are limited to 3 (three) minutes. Anyone wishing to

and state your name and address for the record prior to addressing Council, Council will not discuss
this item this evening; however, Council may choose to have the item placed on a future agenda for
