September 2, 2010
CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
The Village of Tequesta Planning and Zoning Advisory Board hetd a regularly
scheduled meeting at the Tequesta Vil{age Ha{f, 345 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Fforida,
on Thursday, September 2, 2010. The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m.. by
Chair Elizabeth Schauer. A roll call was taken by Deanna Mayo, Assistant to the Village
Clerk, who noted the fo!{owing were present: Chair Elizabeth Schauer, Vice Chair
Steve Okun, Board Member James Hackett, Board Member Michaef Schmidt and Board
Member Chase Croft. Also present were Alternate Members Eric Jol1y and Edward
Gigante, Acting Community Development Director James Weinand, and Assistant to the
Village Clerk Deanna Mayo.
APPR�VAL OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES
Vice Chair Okun moved approva! of the minutes of August 5, 2010 with the following
change on page 2: Replace "sensitive in their attitude towards the merct�ants" with
"strike a sensitive balance between the merchants and residents." Board Member
Hackett seconded the motion, which carried by unanimous 5-0 vote.
� SWEARING IN OF WITNESSES
Assistant to the Village Clerk Mayo swore in Kim Lewis and Mark Taylor, who were
intending to offer testimony in tonight's case.
EXPARTE COMMUNICATION
There were no exparte communications reported.
OLD BUSINESS — There was no old business to come before the Board.

Application by Coastal Reconstruction for the exterior painting of Sterling House
of Tequesta, 205 and 211 Village Boulevard, MU mixed-use zoning district, in
colors Cascade Green, Westhighland White, and Dried Thyme.
