1. Clean up construction debris
2. Complete the fence along Dixie Highway and Village Boulevard
3. Finish grading around fence area
4. Completely sod area that is graded
5. Complete all landscaping adjacent to the fence
6. Irrigate the landscaped area
7. Install sable palms in the public rights-of-way when permits received
8. Written Progress Report to Village Council every 90 days
9. Cornerstone will put up $100,000 bond to secure performance of Items 1
through 6
10. Work to be completed within 90 days (subject to permits)
