SUBJECT: ZONING CODE CONFLICTS AND UNCLEAR STATEMENTS
DATE: August 22, 1985
Enclosed is a copy of the August 20, 1985 Memorandum from
the Building Official pertaining to the referenced matters. In Item No.
3, the newly created C-2 District west of the F.E.C. Railway also includes
a portion of Cypress Drive north of Tequesta Drive.
Perhaps you might want to take some action to withhold the
permitting. of such signs involved until such time as these matters have
been resolved.
These matters will be an agenda items for the August 27, 1985
Council Meeting.

THE FINAL SENTENCE WHICH CAUSES SOME CONFLICT,.
