February 22, 1977 This Public Hearing is being held to consider: AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 211, THE OFFICIAL ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA AS AMENDED, AT ARTICLE IV, DEFINITION, BY AMENDING THE DEFINITION OF "LOT COVERAGE" AND TO ADD TO SUCH DEFINITION, THE DEFINITION OF A "STRUCTURE" BY AMENDING THE DEFINITION OF A "SWIMMING POOL" AND AT ARTICLE XVI, SECTION 16.2 (6) TO ELIMINATE THE REQUIREMENT THAT UNCOVERED POOLS OR PATIOS BE CONSIDERED IN COMPUTING THE LOT COVERAGE REQUIREMENTS OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE. Agreement between Tequesta and Florida East Coast Railway (1.) be voided and cancelled unless Tequesta gets the right to arbitrate item 7, page 2, of said Agreement (2.) amore suitable area for laying of water pipes be found (3.) the water suppliers (Tri-Southern or ENCON or both) give to Tequesta in writing that now or in the future any delays caused by moving of pipe lines shall be reasonable excuse for not paying for water rates now or in the future c. So-called $27,000. charge to Tequesta for June or any other date be withdrawn by Tri-Southern and or ENCON in writing until Tequesta is ready to use the minimum amount of water 3.
