A RESOLUTION OF .THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY,
FLORIDA, AWARDING A BID PROPOSAL TO SHEEHAN
TURF CARE, INC., OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $21,348.00 FOR TEQUESTA PARK FROM
BUDGETED ACCOUNT #001-210 546.306 AND
AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE
APPLICABLE PROPOSAL ON BEHALF OF THE VILLAGE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE
COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH
COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Consideration to award a bid proposal
to Sheehan Turf Care, Inc., of Tequesta, Florida,
in the amount of $21,348.00 for the Tequesta Park,
attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated by
reference as a part of this Resolution is hereby
approved and the Village Manager of the Village of
Tequesta is authorized to execute the same on
behalf of the Village.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION WAS OFFERED by
Councilmember Watkins, who moved its adoption.
The motion was seconded by Councilmember Genco,
and upon being put to a vote, the vote was as
follows:

The Mayor thereupon declared the Resolution duly
passed and adopted this 11th day of January, A.D,
2007.

Proposal
This service agreement between Village Of Tequesta located at Tequesta Park,
Tequesta, FL 33469 and Sheehan Turf Care, Inc., an independent contractor
will be valid January , 2007 thru Seatember .2007
1. SERVICES TO BE RENDERED AS PART OF THE MONTHLY SERVICE:
A. MOWING: Weekly mowing of fields, frequency is determined by seasonal
variations. Minimum 52 cuts.
B. EDGING: All infield and warning track areas will be mechanically and/or
chemically treated once a month..
C. FERTIL/L4T/ON: Sheehan Tun` Care will fertilize all turf as follows.
a. Monthly checks on all irrigation on ball fields.
b. Spring and fall application of Dylox for control of grubs and mole
crickets.
c. Every 3 months application of 19-0-19 Pre-M (Weed control)
d. Applications will be made quarterly 10-4-20
D. PEST CONTROL: Sheehan Turf Care will pertorm weekly checks for pest
in all tun` areas with control methods to follow if present.
The services in the service agreement to be provided for a monthly fee of
$ 2,372.00.
ADD/T/ONAL SERVICES
If requested, the following services will be performed and billed on a "time and
materials" basis:
A. Verticutting
B. Topdressing
C. Aerification
D. Overseeding
