Upon completion of the final plans and specifications

evaluate same and make their recommendation to the Village Council,
This will determine the actual cost of item No. 1 above.
The contingency amount is for use in the event some
unforeseen problems might arise not provided for in any other manner.
Hopefully, there will not be occasion to use any of this amount and
any of the fund not used would reduce the actual total cost for the
project.
The Board of County Commissioners of Palm Beach County have
set aside $30,000.00 for improvements to Tequesta Drive -Old Dixie
Highway intersection which will reduce the Villages estimated cost
to $244,000,00,
Please do not hesitate to contact us if we can be of any
further assistance to you in this regard.
