PUBLIC HEARING
7:30 P.M.
Public Hearing on 1975/7b Budget which will require a
24.32 increase in Ad Valorem Taxes. This Hearing is
required by Florida Statutes 200.065 (2)(a). Advertisement
of the Public Hearing arras made in the September 2, 1975
issue of the Palm Beach Post.

1. Opening Prayer and Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag
by Councilman Baron
2. Consideration of a Resolution of the Village,,, Council
of the Village of Tequesta providing for acceptance
by the Village of Teauesta of Ordinance No. b4 of
Martin County, Florida, which .grants to the Village
of Tequesta a water service franchise whith Martin
County; authorizing the Mayor to enter into any
agreements necessary in conformance to the terms
of said franchise.
3. Consideration of a Ordinance of the Village of Tequesta
amending Ordinance No. 211, the Official Zoning Ordinance
of the Village of Tequesta, by amending Article XIII,
Section 13.3, to include Public utility structures
and buildings such as sewage disposal works, water
jumping plants, water treatment plants, sewage plant
lift stations, electric substations., police and fire
stations, andTany other use normally appurtenant
thereto, as special exception uses: and, by amending
Article XIV, section 14.3, by adding paragraph 3 thereto,
to include public utility structures and buildings such
as sewage disposal works, water treatment plants,
sewage plant lift stations, electric substations, police
and fire stations and any other use normally appurtenant
thereto, as special exception uses; providing for repealing
of Ordinar~Qes in conflict herewith and providing for an
effecure: date.
4. Consideration of a Resolution adojting a millage rate
for the Village of Tequesta, Florida of 4.7614 mills,
a 24.32 increase over the Palm Beach County Tax Assessor's
Certified P~iillage .
