2. Approval of minutes of May 22, 1973 Regular Council
Meeting; Minutes of May 24 and 25, 1973 Public Heari ngs on
Zoning Ordinance and Minutes of May 28, 1973 Special Council
Meeting.
3. Councilman Project Reports
4, Second. reading by title only of an Ordinance providing
for a change in zoning classification from R-1 to R-2
classification for parcels of land owned by Karl A, Kand.ell
Associates, Inc. and DiVosta Construction Company. The
• first reading of the Ordinance was read and approved at the
May 28, 1973 Special Council Meeting.
5. Village Attorney Items
6, Determination of plans to expend 1973 Federal Revenue
Sharing funds in the amount of $7,516. We would suggest
the amount be allocated as a capital expenditure for the
cost of the installation of the traffic control signal at
Tequesta Drive-Seabrook Road intersection.
