Mr. Carl L. Long has volunteered to serve in this position if appointed
by the Village Council.
6. Receipt of Sewer Department Annual Audit for period December 28, 1971,
through June, 30, 1973 and approval of Budget transfers as requested by
Auditors.
• 7. Adoption of a resolution authorizing the conveyance of a portion of
Bridge Road, Tequesta Drive, Cove Road and Waterway Road where they
intersect with State Road-No 5 (U. S. Highway #1) to the State of
Florida in conjunction with the proposed improvements to State Road
No. 5 (U. S. Highway #1). These are the portions of the Roads which
lie within the proposed right-of-way of State Road No. 5 (U. S. Highway
No. 1), (Village Attorney)
