COUNCIL MEETING
1, Opening Prayer and Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag by Councilman
Little.
Z. Approval of revised minutes of May 16, 1972.
3. Fin racial statements, or May 1972
4. Second reading of Ordinance by title only, providing R-lA Zoning
~~_assification for Worthington property on Point Drive.
~. Discussion on second reading of the anti-noise ordinance.
6. Second reading by title only of the lot clearing ordinance.

County First Aid Squad, Inc. property on Seabrook Road. °'~
8. Consideration of the Village taking over Kiwanis Park.
9. Consideration of the proposal of the U. S. Geological Survey to
make a water resources investigation for the Village. Cost to the
Village Water Department -first year - $8,500.; second year - $9,500,;
third year $8,500.; fourth year - $7,000.; total cost to Village
$33,500. Federal matching funds in the same amount.
10, Consideration of Water Department water tank maintenance contracts
to be effective July 1, 1972 for three years:
Odom Tank Company $3,700;/ yr. ($11,000.00)
Sieg ~ Ambachtsheer $2,400./yr, ($7,200,00)
The Village Manager, Water Department Superintendent and Consult-
ing Engineer recommend the acceptance of the low bid for the
contract.
I1. Consideration of a proposal from Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc.
far providing professional services to assist the Zoning Ordinance Review
Coaaaittee in accomplishing its assigrunent at a cost not to exceed
$1,500.00.
