OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA
A Special Meeting of the Councilmen of the Village of
Tequesta, Florida was held at 7:OC P.M., Friday, December 31, 1971
at the Village Hall. Councilmen present were Messrs: Sylvester,
Russell and Little. Also present was Robert Harp, Village Manager
and Clerk.
Mayor Sylvester reminded that the meeting had been set at
the December 21, 1971 Council Meeting to give second reading by title
only to Ordinance No. 189. The Village Clerk then read Ordinance
No. 189 by title. Little moved, seconded by Russell and passed that
the second reading,:. of the Ordinance be approved, The first reading
having been approved at the December 21, 1971 Council Meeting,
Ordinance No. 189 was thereby passed and adopted on Second Reading,
There being no further business, the Special Meeting
adjourned at 7:03 P.M.
