Home My WebLink AboutResolution_14-05/06_10/11/2005RESOLUTION NO. 14-05/06 A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AWARDING A CONTRACT TO GARBER FORD, MERCURY, OF GREEN COVE SPRINGS, FLORIDA FOR THE AMOUNT OF $22,721 FOR THE PURCHASE OF A FORD F-150 PICKUP TRUCK, WITH FUNDING COMING FROM THE STORMWATER VEHICLES ACCOUNT #403-250 664.602, HAVING A FISCAL YEAR 05/06 BUDGETED AMOUNT OF $25,000.00 AND AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE APPLICABLE PROPOSAL ON BEHALF OF THE VILLAGE. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Consideration to award a contract to Garber Ford, Mercury, of Green Cove Springs, Florida, in the amount of $22,721.00 for a Ford F- 150 Pickup Truck, with funding coming from the Stormwater Vehicles Account #403-250 664.602, and attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated by reference as a part of this Resolution is hereby approved and the Village Manager of the Village of Tequesta is authorized to execute the same on behalf of the Village. THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION WAS OFFERED by Vice Mayor Watkins, who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by Council Member Paterno, and upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: FOR ADOPTION AGAINST ADOPTION Jim Humpage Pat Watkins Geraldine A.
