A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY,
FLORIDA ADOPTING THE NATIONAL INCIDENT
MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (NIMS) AS REQUIRED BY
HOMELAND SECURITY PRESIDENTIAL DIRECTIVE - 5.
WHEREAS, Homeland

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Village of Tequesta adopts the National
Management System (NIMS) as its system for preparing for
and responding to disaster incidents.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION WAS OFFERED by Vice Mayor
Watkins, who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded
by Council Member Genco, and upon being put to a vote,
the vote was as follows:

The Mayor thereupon declared
passed and adopted this 11th day
