Said parcels of land had been annexed to the territorial limits

property be coned R-3 Multiple Family (High Rise) Dwelling District
under the Village Zoning Ordinance. Mr. A. L. Hutchison, represent-
ing the Beach Road Property :Owners Association reminded the Council
of their desire to .have Mr. DiDosta landscape the right-of way of
State Road. 707 in such a way as to prevent parking. Mr. DiVosta
said he would be willing to cooperate-and knew the State Depa rtment
of Transportation would permit grassing of-the right-of Way but
was not. certain if they would permit the planting of trees or
shrubbery or construction of walls and fences. Mr. Hutchison said,
his group would assist Mr. DiVosta to get State Department of
Transportation approval for landscaping the area in such a manner
to prevent parking and Mr. DiVosta said he would cooperate with
the Association.
The Clerk read a letter from Marvin Chandler, Regency
Apartment 202, in opposition to High-Rise Zoning for the subject
property.
Mr. M.G. Holloway, Jupiter Inlet Colony, questioned the
set backs of the proposed building on the site. Mr. DiV'osta said
the site would increase his land area by l00 feet in width-and he
was planning to construct a building 50 feet widen than the previously
proposed building, thus giving more open space. Councilman Barr
