Vaas held at 8:00 P.M., Tuesday, November 25, 1969, at the Village Hall,
35? Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida. Councilmen present were: Messrs.
Sylvester, Bowden, Cunningham, bong and Siizunons. Also present were Robert
Harp, Village Manager and Clerk and Guy Held from Winters, Brackett ~ Lord,
representing William A. Lord, Village Attorney.
The Village Clerk read an ordinance amending Ordinance Aio. 43,
the Officia 1 Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Tequesta, to create an
additional district to be known as C-3, Community Television antenna and
appurtenant uses. Cunningham moved, second by Long and unanimously passed
that the reading be approved. All Councilmen being present and voting
for the motion, Ordinance No. 158 eras hereby passed and adopted on First
Reading.
The Village Clerk read an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 43
and the zoning map thereunder to change the zoning classification of par-
cels of land owned by Palm Beach Cable Television Company and the Village
of Tequesta as described in Ordinance No. 157, to C-3 zoning classifica-
tion. All Councilmen being present and voting for the motion, Ordinance
No. 159 was hereby passed and adopted on first reading.
