A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH
COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPROVING A PROPOSAL
FROM WYNN AND SONS ENVIRONMENTAL
CONSTRUCTION, INC. OF WEST PALM BEACH
FOR CURB AND MEDIAN REPAIRS TO
INTRACOASTAL CIRCLE IN THE AMOUNT OF
$14,755.55 AND APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL
FUND BALANCE OF $14,755.55 FROM THE
GENERAL FUND #001, AND AUTHORIZING THE
TRANSFER OF THESE FUNDS TO CURB AND
GUTTER REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE ACCOUNT
#001-210-546.313.
WHEREAS, Curb and median repairs are needed to Intracoastal Circle at the
entrance to Key West Village;
WHEREAS, Wynn and Sons Environmental Construction, Inc. submitted a proposal
to complete the repairs in the amount of $14,755.55;
WHEREAS, Wynn and Sons Environmental Construction Inc.'s proposal is
piggybacked on Town of Jupiter Contract EPW-2005-25;
WHEREAS, These repairs were not budgeted and funding requires appropriating fund
balance for the full amount of the proposal;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Village Council of the Village of Tequesta,
Palm Beach County, Florida, as follows:
SECTION 1: The appropriation of additional fund balance of $14,755.55 from General Fund
#001 and authorizing the transfer such amount from General Fund #001 to account #001-210-
546.313 to fund the cost of the repairs to the entrance to Key West Village is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: Consideration to award Intracoastal Circle repairs to Wynn and Sons
Environmental Construction, Inc. in the amount of $14,755.55 (account #001-210-546.313) is
hereby approved and the Village Manager of the Village of Tequesta is authorized to execute the
same on behalf of the Village.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was offered by Council Member Genco, who moved its
adoption. The Resolution was seconded by Vice Mayor Paterno, and upon being put to a vote,
the vote was as follows:
