COUNCILMEN OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA
A Public Hearing `aas held at 8:00 P.M., Tuesday, December 5,
196? at the Village Hall, 357 Tequesta :)rive. Present were: Messrs.
Bowden, Sylvester, Valier and Cornelius. Also present Baas Robert Harp,
Village Clerk.
The Hearing was advised that the ~iurpose of the Hearing was to
determine a zoning classification for the C. E. J., Inc. property on
Jupiter Island, recently annexed to the Village.
The Clerk advised that legal notice of the Hearing had been
;published in the Beacon News on November 16, 1967. He also advised that
a letter had been received from the owner of the property requesting an
P•-3 zoning classification. There had been no other communications con-
cerning the zoning either written or oral. An artists rendition of the
proposed construction was shown,
Cornelius moved, second by Sylvester that the subject property
be zoned R-3 Multiple Family (High Rise) Dwelling District.

Bowden - For
Sylvester - For
• Valier - For
Cornelius - For
The moti®n was theref®re passed and the Village Attorney will
prepare a proper ordinance to provide for this zoning classification.
Meeting adjourned at 8:15 P.M.
