DUSENBERY CHIEF OF POLICE December 19, 196? During the month of November 1967 police vehicles traveled a total of 6,091 miles using 626.0 gallons of gas and 13 quarts of oil. Ninety-three complaints were instituted or investigated ranging from assisting out of gas motorists to one complaint of petty larceny. Thirteen minor motor vehicle accidents reported, the majority dealing with parking brushes in shopping centers. Police desk message service for Juno Beach Police Department handled forty-four calls plus normal radio dispatch service. Three arrests for minor traffic violations were processed with all persons charged pleading guilty and paying fines. Five persons were verbally warned for minor infractions. • No major crimes or B fa Ens were reported or investigated though vital assistance to other police agencies were rendered through the teletype system and personal contact. Vehicle traffic in the Village is steadily increasing through new residents and, activities in the three shopping areas. Increased patrol activities have helped to keep police pro- blems to a minimum. Attached to this report is a complete breakdown of police activities for month of November, 1967.
