COUdCILMEN OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, FIARIDA

A Public Hearing was held by the Counci Lnen of the Village
®f Tequesta at 7:45 P.M., Tuesday, September 19, 196?, at the Village
Hall, 357 Tequesta Drive. Councilmen present were: Messrs. Cornelius,
Valier and Bledsoe. Also present were Robert Harp, Village Clerk and
William A. Lord, Village Attorney. Councilman Cornelius acted as
(`,ha,irman of the Hearing.
The Clerk advised that the Hearing had been called to deter-
mine a zoniag classification for two parcels of land recently annexed
to the territorial limits of the Village of Tequesta by Ordinance No. 133,
The parcels are located on Seabrook Road and are owned by Eastern Sales,
Inc.
The Clerk adviaed that No~;ice of Hearin; hack 'Lean published
and all property owners within S00 fewt of each par~;c?_ !~,d been advised
of the Hearing by letter.
The subject parcels were located on the map and the Counci Lnen
wire advised that the surrounding lands were zoned R-l, Single Family
DwrelLing C1a,ssification.
Valier moved, second by Bledsoe that the two (2) parcels of
lat~l described in and annexed to the territorial limits of the Village
®f Tequ~sta by Qrdinance No. 133, be zoned F'.-1, Single Family Dwelling
C1a~$ifcation. The vote on the motion was as follows:
Cornelius - For
Valier - For
Bledsoe - For
Ali hers voting for the motion, the motion was passed.
Hearing adjourned at 8:00 P.M.
