A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPROPRIATING
UNRESERVED FUND BALANCE IN THE WATER FUND #401 AND THE
STORMWATER FUND #403, INCREASING THE 2004/2005 WATER
FUND BUDGET, ACCOUNT #401-411-664.600 (MACHINERY AND
EQUIPMENT) IN THE AMOUNT OF $49,000.00; AND
INCREASING THE 2004-2005 STORMWATER FUND BUDGET,
ACCOUNT #403-600-664.600 IN THE AMOUNT OF $49,000.00
AND AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO PROCEED ON
BEHALF OF THE VILLAGE.
S, the Village of Tequesta seeks to purchase a 544J John
Front End Loader
EREAS, the cost of this equipment is to be shared between the
ter Fund #401 and the Stormwater Fund #403
This purchase was not budgeted in the 2004/2005 Budget,
(WHEREAS, there are excess funds available in the current
,2004/2005 Budget to fund the purchase
(WHEREAS, This purchase shall benefit the Utilities and Public
'Works Department, and the Village of Tequesta as a whole
W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
LLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: A Resolution increasing the budgeted amount in Account
#401-411-664.600 by $49,000.00 and appropriating additional Fund
Balance for that amount in Water Fund #401; and increasing the
budgeted amount in Account #403-600-664.600 by $49,000.00 and
appropriating additional Fund Balance for that amount in
Stormwater Fund #403 for Budget Year 2004/2005;
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION WAS OFFERED by Councilmember Genco,
who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by
Councilmember Watkins, and upon being put to a vote, the vote
was as follows:

AGAINST ADOPTION
The Mayor thereupon declared the Resolution duly passed
and adopted this 14t'' day of July, A. D, 2005.
