ORDER APPROVING APPLICATION
This cause came on to be heard upon the above application and the Planning and Zoning
Board of the Village of Tequesta having considered the evidence presented by the applicant and
other interested persons at a hearing called and properly noticed, and the Planning and Zoning
Board of the Village of Tequesta being otherwise duly advised,
THEREUPON, THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD OF THE VILLAGE OF
TEQUESTA FINDS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The subject property is located in the R-3 Zoning District in the Village of Tequesta.
2. The applicant has submitted all documents required by the Village's Code of
Ordinances for Planning and Zoning Board site plan modification review and final
action.
3. The application and all supporting documentation and presentation materials as
reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Board at its October 18, 2018 meeting, and as
kept on file by the Village, are made a part hereof and are hereby incorporated by
reference.
4. According to Village Code Sections 22-53, and 78-331 through 78-334, site plan
approval by the Planning and Zoning Board is required.

5. The applicant has applied for Site Plan Modification approval to modify the exterior
paint color of the existing 5-story building. The main building (exterior walls,
catwalks and doors) and carports will be painted Sto SW6156 Rice Grain. The north
center and south stairwell bricks will be painted Sto 7010 White Duck.
6. Under the provisions of the Village Code of Ordinances, the Planning and Zoning
Board has the right, power and authority to act upon the request herein made.
IT IS THEREUPON CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE
PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA, AS
FOLLOWS:
The application for Site Plan Modification approval, Case No. SPM 13-18 with reference to
the above-described property w�ithin the Village of Tequesta, Palm Beach County, Florida, to
approve a site plan modification to modify the exterior paint color of the existing 5-story building,
in accordance with the application and all supporting documentation and presentation materials
attached hereto as Exhibit "A" is hereby APPROVED.
Please Note:
■ The term applicant(s) as used here shall include all successors and assigns.
■ The applicant's site plan approval shall expire in twelve (12) months unless a building permit
has been obtained in accordance with Sec. 78-334(9). If the building permit expires or is voided,
the s'rte plan approval also expires or becomes void.

The subject application is seeking approval to modify the exterior building color of the Regency
Condominium Apartments located on the east side of Beach Road. The main building (exterior walls,
catwalks and doors) and carports will be painted Sto SW6156 Rice Grain. The north center and south
stairwell bricks will be painted Sto 7010 White Duck.The railing on the catwalk will remain brown.
4. FINAL REMARKS
This development application met the requirements set in Section 78-334 notice of hearing. The notice of
hearing was advertised on October 8, 2018.

such application for Planning and Zoning Board review within 45 days of receipt of a completed application.
