Unit with kitchen, dated November 15, 1993, located at 356 Church Road,
Tequesta. Mary Hester; Applicant.
A. Swearing-In of Witnesses, if required.
B. Disclosure of E�-Parte Communications.
C. Testimony of Witnesses and Cross Examination, if any.
D. Finding of the Fact Based Upon Competent Substantial Evidence.
2) Advise the Board of the re-appointment of one Alternate Member Term.

is hereby given that the Board of Adjustment of the Village of Tequesta, Florida, will hold a
Board of Adjustment Meeting on Monday, September 17, 2007, at 7:00 P.M., in the Village of
Tequesta Council Chambers, 345 Tequesta, Florida, to consider:
An Approval for the renewal of a Variance Agreement for a second
Dwelling Urut with kitchen, dated November 15, 1993, located at
356 Church Road, Tequesta.
At such time and place, the Board of Adjustment will hear all the evidence in support of or in
opposition to this application. You are advised that if any person deeides to appeal any decision
made by the Board of Adjustment with respect to any matter considered at the Meeting, he/she
will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, he/she may need to ensure thax a
