Attached is a resolution approving the purchase of two in-car video systems for a
total purchase price of$6,664.00. (Amount budgeted for this purchase -
$7,200.00)
This purchase is being submitted as a `sole source' request. lnternational Police
Technologies, tnc. is the only manufacturer of in-car video systems using
removable Sony HandyCams. This purchase will continue our practice of
standardization of all equipment installed in our patrol cars.

A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OE TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA,
APPROVING A PROPOSAL FROM INTERNATIONAL POLICE
TECHNOLOGIES, OF TULSA, OKLAHOMA, FOR TWO POWER
CAM IN-CAR VIDEO SYSTEMS IN THE AMOUNT OF
' $6,664 .00 HAVING A FY 2001/2002 GENERAL FUND
POLICE DEPA�2TMENT BUDGET ALLOCATION OF $7,200.00
AND AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO EXECUTE
THE .APPLICABLE CONTRACT ON BEHALF OF THE VILLP.GE .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . The Power Cam in-car video system proposal
from International Police Technologies, Inc. , of Tulsa,
Oklahoma, in the amount of $6, 664 . 00, attached hereto as
Exhibit "A" and incorpo-rated by reference as a part af
this Resolution, is hereby approved and the Village
Manager of the Village of Tequesta is authorized ta
execute the same on behalf of the Village of Tequesta.

The above purchase to k�e made from International Police Technologies, Inc.,
P.O.Box472131, Tulsa, Ok. 74147.
The above recording systems are the same as presently installed in police
vehicles. ( cannot provide any other price quotations, as this company is tk�e only one
who provides the type �f system, which can be used outside of the vehicle. If you
require any other infiormation ple�se advise.
