Subject: Agenda Item — Law Enforcement Trust Fund Expenditure
Date: January 29, 2002
Pursuant to the provisions of FSS 932.7055 (4)(b), I am requesting Council
permission to spend $3,161.36 from the Law Enforcement Trust Fund. This
money will be used to pay for the printing and production of the police
department year 2001 annual report.
The Law Enforcement Trust Fund Ftas a current unencumbered ba{ance of
$13,584.00.
The annual report booklets will be an integral part of our public information and
crime prevention programs. This usage meets the requirements of FSS
932.7055 (4)(a).

VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA,
APPROVING A PROPOSAL FROM A & T PRINTING, INC. , �
OF PORT ST. LUCIE, FLORIDA, FOR THE PRODUCTION
� �.ND PRINTING OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT YEAR 2001
ANNUAL REPORT, IN THE AMOUNT OF $3161.36, WITH
FUNDS BEING APPROPRIATED FROM THE SPECIAL LAW
ENFORCEMENT TRUST FUND, HAVING A FY 2001/2Q02
BUDGET ALLOCATION OF $13,584 .00.

part of the resolution, is hereby approved. �
