Village Attorney Amity Barnard announced the quasi-judicial nature of the item and swore in
Robert Steiner (owner) and Troy Holloway, Partner of Gentile, Glas, Holloway, O'Mahoney

stating that the Local Planning Agency/Planning & Zoning Board will see this development
application multiple times. The Board for a Future Land Use map amendment, Zoning map
amendment and a site plan review application would see the development.
Mr. Holloway explained the project is a mixed-use project with residential and professional
office spaces. He continued by stating the existing parcels are vacant commercially zoned
parcels in the C-2 Community Commercial District. However, they would like to change the
existing zoning to a mixed-use zoning.
