The proposed agreement for services by Reese Macon Engineers is $1 15,000. An amount of $120,000 was budgeted and available to secure these services. FEES For Scope Items 1 thru b the Engineer shall be paid a Iump sum fee of One Hundred Fifteen Thausand Dollars($115,000.00) It is anticipated that the biddiug and con5truction phase of these�rojects ra��not immcdiatety fol�ow complefiion of design and permitting When the deeision to proceed with bidc�ing aud eonstruction is made,the Engincer witl submit a proposed fee to the Owner to cover t[te work described under Scope Ytems 7-10 above.
