The proposed��illow Glen Subdivision is a 15.86-acre subdivision containing three (3) separate
parcels that were recendy annexed into the ti'illage of Tequesta. Referred to as the Rood property,
15.23-acres;the Glendining property, .34 acre;and the Morgan property, 29 acre.
The Sketch Plan/Subdivision application has been submitted and reviewed against the
Subdivision Regulations requirements;specifically,Article II,Procedures for Plat Approval,section I,
General Pre-application procedures, Sketch Plan (attached). The applicant, The Spear Group, has
met these requirements and the Village has received appropriate application fees.
It is recommended that the Village Council approve the proposed Willow Glen Sketch Plan.
This will allow the developer to move forward to flie next step in the process. This level will be the
Site Plan Review and Preliminary Plat Revie`v.
