Technology is evolving in leaps and bounds each day, right in front of our eyes. Our personal
lives bave become dependent on technology. Smart phones, smart pads, laptops, and the latest
"Alexa"hy Amazon, have become a way of life that tells us what we need by a simple touch of
the screen or voice command. For certain services,face-to-face interaction is becoming a thing
of the past and being replaced by coffiputer gerated actions for the sake of saving#ime fflr
o.her persoal activities. With tsinind, liunicipal Govemmnts too musevoive to meet
the needs of its residents by providing up to date services to accommodate its slemand. In the
long nua, properiy implemented.technology is an effective and less costly alternative to provide
efficient services twentfour hours a day.
