Schedule of Regulations and Application of Regulations, Subsection(C), Schedule of Site Requirements, R-1 District, Rear Yard Setback, to allow for the construction of a 12' X 14' screened enclosure to extend within the 20' rear setback. The screen enclosure is to extend 3 feet into the rear yard setback for a total proposed rear setback of 17 feet. The application was approved with the following changes: Instead of the requested three (3) foot variance into the 20 foot setback, a two (2) foot variance for a total rear setback of 18 feet was approved. Please note that a permit must be applied for prior to beginning construction of the screened enclosure. The above noted variance shall expire within six (6) months from the date of grant, unless a building permit based upon and incorporating the variance is issued within the aforesaid six-month period and construction has begun thereunder.
