As the owner of property in the Village of Tequesta, Florida, located within 300 feet of the below
referenced property, you are hereby notified tliat the Village of Tequesta, Board of Adjustment will hold a
Public Meeting at 7:00 P.M., Monday, July 21, 2003, in the Village Recreation Center, 399 Seabrook
Road, Tequesta, Florida,to consider:
An application from Gerald and Jill Wenta, owners of the property located 226 Golfview Dr.
Tequesta Florida, Lot 290, Tequesta Country Club, requesting a variance to the terms of the
Official Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Tequesta, Ordinance No. 355, as
amended, Section VIL Schedule of Regulations and Application of Regulations, Subsection
(C), Schedule of Site Requirements, R-1A District, Front Yard Setback, to allow for the
constructian of a 24' X 21' attached car garage within the 25 foot front yard setback
requirement. The garage is to extend 3 feet into the front yard setback, for a total proposed
setback of 22 feet.
You are advised that if any person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board of Adjustment with
respect to any matter considered at the Public Hearing, he will need a record of the proceedings, and for
such purpose he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record
includes the testimony upon which the appeal is to be based. PLEASE GOVERN YOURSELVES
ACCORDINGLY.

Council Chambers, 399 Seabrook Road, Tequesta, Florida, to act upon your appiication
for variance to the terms of the OfFicial Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the Village
of Tequesta.
Also enclosed is a copy of the Official Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the Village
of Tequesta, Ordinance No. 355 as amended, Section VII Schedule of Regulations and
Application of Regulations, Subsection C, Schedule of Site Requirements, R1-A District,
Front Yard Setback and Section XIII, Board of Adjustment, which outlines the manner in
which the Board of Adjustment must consider your application.
