The Fire Chief reported on ISO sprinkler credits for residential units. 6. Chief of Police made a sign request for Village Hall area. 7. The Water System Manager advised that the Rate Analyst would be present at May 14 Village Council Meeting. . 8. Water System Manager sought direction relative to proceeding with radio repeater systems. 9. Village Clerk reported that vehicle emission forms had bee�--di s tributed: • 10. Village Cl.erk reiterated Village telephone repair protocol. � A departmenta7. budget review was conducted at 10 : 00 AM on Ma�r 13 . ■ Attended the Florida Cit�r County Management Association Conference at Indian River Plantation in Stuart at 1:30 PM on May 13 . ■ Interviewed top candidates for Personnel Specialists position opening from 9 :00 AM through 3 :3Q PM on May 14 . ■ Attended the Village Council Meeting a� 7 :00 PM on May 14 . • Met with �7MZ Properties representatives at 11:30 AM on May 15 . ■ Met with the Lighthouse Gallery and School of Art Board of . Directors at 3 :30 PM on May 19 . ■ Attended the Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors Meeting at 7 :45 AM on May 20 . ■ Attended a Departmental Budget Review Meeting at 10 :00 AM on May 20 . ■ Met with representatives of the Lighthouse Gallery and School of Art Board of IIirectors and the Director of Community Development regarding the Seabrook Road project of Lighthouse Gallery at 4 :00 PM May 22. � Attended the Storm Water Utility Board Meeting at 7 :00 PM on May 2 . � Met with representatives of JMZ Properties and the Lighthouse Gallery and School of Art Board of Directors at 4:00 PM on May 22. � A Staff Meeting was conducted at 10:00 AM on May 26 wherein the following items were discussed: 1. The Director of Community Development .reported that the development project spreadsheet was almost completed. 2 . The Director of Community Development and the Water System Manager were requested to complete the draft administrative policy spelling out procedures for review and field inspection for water conservation purposes. 3 . The Director of Community Development was once again reminded to move forward with th,e parking restrictions requested in Tequesta Oaks . 4. The Director of Community Development was requested to report on the status of the post office compliance with Ordinance 377 . 5 . All Departments were requested to provide a point person for Internet service from Adelphia with Chief Weinand volunteering for the same. 6. The Village Clerk was reminded to complete life insurance changes for budgetary savings. 7 . The Director of Community Development reported that he was working on the concurrency management report. � R 8 . Water System Manager reported that water filter rebuilding was okay and staff was to conduct core samples . 9 .
