HomeMy WebLinkAboutNotice_Planning and Zoning_12/20/2018 q PUBLIC NOTICE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD MEETING The Planning and Zoning Board of the Village of Tequesta will conduct a Public Hearing in the Village Hall located at the Village Council Chambers located at 345 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida on December 20, 2018 at 5:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible and continuing from time to time and place to place as necessary to act upon the following development application(s): SPR 2-18: Application from 691 Tequesta LLC. for a Site Plan Review to build a mixed use development (Pelican Square) including one (1) three-story, 21,688 sq. ft. building (First floor professional offices, Second and Third floors residential) and one (1) two-story multi- family residential building in the rear. The application includes a landscaping plan, one (1) monument sign, a 120 sq. ft. pavilion and other site improvements. The address of the property is 691 N. US Highway 1, Tequesta, Florida 33469. Related documents are available for inspection and copying in the office of the Village Clerk at the Village Hall, Monday through Friday during normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Public Hearings may be continued from time to time, as necessary. All interested persons are encouraged to come to the Public Hearings and be heard. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Planning and Zoning Board with respect to any matter considered at such meetings or hearings, he or she will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record should include the testimony and evidence from which the appeal is to be based.
