detailed breakdown for each category for the above referenced
assessment.
At the May 21, 1998, Stormwater Utility Board Meeting, the
following rate was approved:
1 ERU $74.40
Please place this item on the June 11, 1998, Village Council
Agenda for Councilmembers' consideration.

Subject: Stormwater Utility Non -Ad Valorem ERU From 1998 Assessment Roll
As requested please find below the detailed break down of the annual ERU's, by
category, as approved by the Stormwater Utility Board in their May meeting of 1998. The Board
approved one (1) ERU to be $6.20 per month, thereby generating the following values:
• Small Single Family Residence:
>ls.f. and <= 2506s.f. = 1 ERU x.65 x 12 mo. = $48.36 annually
• Medium Single Family Residence:
>= 2507s.f. and <= 4621 s.f. = 1 ERU x 12 mo. = $74.40 annually
• Large Single Family Residence:
>= 4622 s.f. = 1 ERU x 1.30 x 12 mo. _ $96.72 annually
• Condominium Developments:
1 ERU x.67 x 12 mo. _ $49.80 annually
• Multi -Family Developments:
1 ERU x.84 x 12 mo. _ $62.52 annually
• Commercial / Government / Industrial:
Total impervious area / 3576s.f. x 6.20 x 12 mo. = annual payment
