Bradford, Village Manager Gregg Scruggs, ISS Software Engineer Subject: Stormwater Utility Non -Ad Valorem ERU From 1998 Assessment Roll As requested please find below the detailed break down of the annual ERU's, by category, as approved by the Stormwater Utility Board in their May meeting of 1998. The Board approved one (1) ERU to be $6.20 per month, thereby generating the following values: • Small Single Family Residence: >ls.f. and <= 2506s.f. = 1 ERU x.65 x 12 mo. = $48.36 annually • Medium Single Family Residence: >= 2507s.f. and <= 4621 s.f. = 1 ERU x 12 mo. = $74.40 annually • Large Single Family Residence: >= 4622 s.f. = 1 ERU x 1.30 x 12 mo. _ $96.72 annually • Condominium Developments: 1 ERU x.67 x 12 mo. _ $49.80 annually • Multi -Family Developments: 1 ERU x.84 x 12 mo. _ $62.52 annually • Commercial / Government / Industrial: Total impervious area / 3576s.f. x 6.20 x 12 mo. = annual payment Should you have any questions or need additional information regarding this matter please let me know.
