An application from Stephen F. Coffey, owner of the properiy located at 368 Church Road, Tequesta, Florida,
requesting a variance from the requirements of the "Official Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Tequesta, Florida",
Article VI, Schedule of District Regulations, Section 78-143, Schedule of Site Requirements, R-1 District, Rear Yard
Setback for a principal structure of 20 feet, to allow for the construction of a 28 feet x 30 feet 11 3/a inch one story
addition to e�end within the 20 foot rear setback. The applicant is requesting a variance of 2 feet 1 11/16 inch
from the 20 foot rear yard setback to a11ow for a proposed rear setback of 17 feet 10 5/16 inch.
