This memorandum is to request approval to place a temporary trailer, for one year, at the
above re#erenced property. I, Angelica Lunn, am making this request on behalf of my mother,
Joan Borrero, as she is currently hospitalized due to a fire at the above referenced property on
December 21, 2019 which destroyed the house on the property. My mother is the owner of
the property and I lived at the property with my mother prior to the fire as my mother has
multiple sclerosis and needs constant assistance.
I am currently assisting my mother in rebuilding her house at the property and my mother and I
would be living in the trailer until the house is built, which we believe will take approximately
one year. My mother is currently in the hospital and would be living in the trailer with me upon
her release. I am currently staying in a local hotel and I cannot afford to remain there. The
insurance money received from the fire is being used to rebuild the house on the property. I
have already obtained a demolition permit for the property from the Village of Tequesta
Building Dept.
For the reasons above, I am requesting approval from the Village Council to place a temporary
trailer on the property located at 299 Country Club Drive for a period of one year.
