Instructions:
1. Complete comment card. Be sure to include the agenda item number, if appropriate.
2. Submit to the Village Clerk at the right end of the dais as early as possible. (No cards will be
accepted after commencement of the meeting.)
3. When your name is called, approach the podium and speak your name and address for the record.
4. You have Three (3) Minutes in which to address the Village Council.
Any person making impertinent or slanderous remarks or who becomes boisterous while addressing the Village
Council shall be barred from further audience before the Village Council by the presiding officer, unless
permission to continue or again address the Village Council is granted by the majority vote of the Village
Council Members present.
