HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrders_Code Enforcement_04/12/1994ORDER IMPOSING FINE CASE NO. 93-01 WHEREAS, the Code Enforcement Board has been not if ied by the Code Inspector that an Order of the Code Enforcement Board has not been complied with by the set time; and WHEREAS, it has been determined that a repeat violation has been committed; and WHEREAS, the Order that has been violated was dated January 6, 1993, and properly recorded in the Official Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, at Official Record Book 7558, Page 399, a copy of which is attached hereto; and WHEREAS, at a meeting of April 12, 1994, the Code Enforcement Board made a determination that the previous Order of the Code Enforcement Board had not been met and that a fine be imposed in the amount of $3,500.00, said fine representing a fine of $500.00 per day for each of seven (7) days of noncompliance; and WHEREAS, the Board directed that this Order be entered and recorded as a lien against the subject -property. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED AS FOLLOWS: A fine is hereby imposed in the amount of THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND N01100 DOLLARS ($3,500.00), based upon a fine of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) per day for each of seven (7) days of noncompliance with the Order previously entered by this Board. A certified copy of this Order Imposing Fine shall be recorded in the Public Records of Pam Beach County, Florida, and shall constitute a lien against the land upon which the violation exists and upon any other real or personal property owned by the violator. The address and legal description of the property subject to this Order areas follows: 50 Golfview Drive, Tequesta, Florida 33469 Lot 333, TEQUESTA SUBDIVISION, according to the Flat thereof on file in the Off ice of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, in Plat Book 25, Page 8.
