CASE NO. 93-11
WHEREAS, the Code Enforcement Board has been notified by the
Code Inspector that an Order of the Code Enforcement Board has not
been complied with by the set time; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a repeat violation has
been committed; and
WHEREAS, the Order that has been violated was dated August
19, 1993; and
WHEREAS, at a meeting of April 12, 1994, the Code Enforcement
Board made a determination that the previous Order of the Code
Enforcement Board had not been met and that a fine be imposed in
the amount of $3,750.00, said fine representing a fine of $250.00
per day for each of fifteen (15) days of noncompliance; and
WHEREAS, the Board directed that this Order be entered and
recorded as a lien against the subject property.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED AS FOLLOWS:
A fine is hereby imposed in the amount of THREE THOUSAND
SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY AND N01100 DOLLARS ($3,750.00), based upon a
fine of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) per day for each of
fifteen (15) days of noncompliance with the Order previously
entered by this Board. A certified copy of this Order Imposing
Fine shall be recorded in the Public Records of Pam Beach County,
Florida, and shall constitute a lien against the land upon which
the violation exists and upon any other real or personal property
owned by the violator.
