TM SMARTWATER L � Permission to Display the SmartWater Brand The right to display the SmartWater brand using deterrent signage and other marketing/communication material for five years. Database Inclusion of the Tecluesta Police Department's unique forensic code stored in SmartWater's database for accurate identification and recovery of property for five years. Additional Support and Services • Train and assist Tecluesta Police Department's staff in marking, evidence handling/collection, and use in covert operations. Training will be conducted SmartWater's LEO Liaisons who are police certified and/or retired Law Enforcement Officers. Operator, Booking, and Train the Trainer programs available. • Support communication efforts to educate the community about the Tecluesta Police Department's use of SmartWater's proven theft deterrent technology and strategy. Non -Covert Forensic Analysis and Expert Testimony — in support of criminal prosecutions. • General Forensic Analysis - If forensic analysis is required for non -covert operations, analysis will be conducted at no cost to the Tequesta Police Department or registered property owner. • General Expert Testimony - If expert testimony is required for a non -covert operation, testimony will be conducted at no cost to the Tequesta Police Department or property owner. Covert Forensic Analysis - in support of criminal prosecutions. • Covert Operations Defined by SmartWater - Any use of SmartWater's grease or index spray products and/or specific use of SmartWater in an attempt to catch a specific person our group of individuals. • Covert Forensic Analysis - If forensic analysis is required for Law Enforcement Covert Operations only, a fee of $1,500 will billed for each analysis submitted after the use of the allotted amount specified above. All use of SmartWater trademarks must be authorized by SmartWater's marketing department prior to any materials being printed, published or released to the media or general public. Brand consistency is a key component in the efficacy of the SmartWater deterrent and the misuse of our brand has the potential to undermine its impact as a criminal deterrent.
