Please be advised that this variance shall expire within six (6) months from the date of grant, unless a building permit based upon and incorporating the variance is issued within the aforesaid six-month period and construction has begun thereunder. Upon application for the building permit, the original recorded General Release and Hold Harmless Agreement must be submitted.
