enhance surface and sub -surface water
quality.

5

impacts
Provide infrastructure (charging stations)
for electric vehicles.
We need to compile our thoughts and comments and provide them to the Village Manager. In my
opinion, the strategic plan and the matters pertaining to the environment is not intended to be as
detailed as what we may put together in the development of a Sustainability Plan. Should that be
the case, we need only concern ourselves with whether these goals and objectives indicated
above are sufficiently broad enough to enable the Village to take meaningful environmental
actions and to ensure they are not in conflict with the work each of us may have in mind for the
EAC. Lastly, it is also my opinion that nothing contained hereinabove impinges on the charge of
the EAC as contained in the Village Resolution that created the EAC.
