AUGUST 20, 1969
The Village Council sat as a Roard of Equalization for Taxes
to act upon any requests that had been made for adjustments to valuations
as made by the Tax Assessor. The meeting convened at 9:15 P.M. r~rith
Mr. Sylvester acting as Chairman. Other members present were Messrs:
B3owden, Valier, Long and Cunningham. Also present were Hobert Harp,
Clerk and Pillage Attorneg JTilliam A. Lord.
The Clerk advised that Rlotice of the Hearing had been adver-
tised with 5:00 P.M., Friday, August 16, 1969, as the deadline fo.r filing
written complaints.
The Clerk advised the IIoard there were no ta_~~ttea comp].aiats
or verbal complaints and no one present had a complaint.
Cunningham moved, second by Valier and passed that the Hearing
be adjourned.

tised with 5:00 P.l~I., Friday, August 16, 196x, as the deadline for filing
t~~ritten complaints .
The Clerk advised the Board there were no ~~*~:'_tten complaints
or verbal complaints and no one present had a complaint.
Cunningham moved, second by Valier and passed that the Hearing
be adjourned.
