The Pillage Council sat as a Baa,rd of Equalization for Taxes to
act upon any requests that had been made for adjusttsents to valuations as
made by the Tax Assessor. The meeting convaaad at 7:43 P.M. with Mr.
Sylvester acting as chairman. Other members-present were Messrs: Cunningham,
Long and Simmons. Also present was Robert Harp, Clerk.
The Clerk advised that notice of the Hearing had been advertised
and the only written request for adjustment had been received from--Salvatore
and Josephine Mancuso, owners ,of Lot No. 542, TeQuesta Sub Division. Their
application showed a total purchase of $28,590, and an assessed valuation
of $32,900. Nr. Mancuso advised the Board that Pa Ln Beach County had
reduced his assessed valuation by $2,200. to $30,700. Cunningham moved,
second by Long and passed that the assessed valuation of land and improvements
for Lot No, 542, TeQuesta be reduced to $30,700.
There being no ether business, the meetin6 adjourned at 8:OQ P.M.
