RESOLUTION NO.O1-03/04
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY,
FLORIDA, AWARDING A ONE (1) YEAR CONTRACT
EXTENSION (OCTOBER 1, 2003 THROUGH
SEPTEMBER 30, 2004) FOR AREA "A" LAWN AND
LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE TO ROOD LANDSCAPE
CO., INC., OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $97,868, HAVING A FY 2004 BUDGET
ALLOCATION OF $97,868, AND AUTHORIZING THE
VILLAGE MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE APPLICABLE
PROPOSAL ON BEHALF OF THE VILLAGE.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. An Agreement with Rood Landscape Co., Inc.,
of Tequesta, Florida, accepting a one (1) year
contractual extension in accordance with Resolution No.
36-97/98 for Area "A" Lawn and Landscape Maintenance in
the amount of $97,868, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and
incorporated by reference as part of this Resolution is
hereby approved, and the Village Manager of the Village
of Tequesta is authorized to execute the applicable
contract on behalf of the Village of Tequesta.

Village and to accept as full compensation, therefore, such prices as may be agreed upon
