HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution_59-03/04_08/12/2004RESOLUTION NO. 59-03/04 • A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AWARDING A CONTRACT TO TLC DIVERSIFIED, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $19,840.00, PIGGYBACKING THE SEMINOLE COUNTY ANNiJAL CONTRACT #CC-1220-03/TLC, TO REMOVE AND REPLACE THE FILTER MEDIA IN FILTERS #5 AND #6 AT THE WATER TREATMENT PLANT, HAVING A FY 2003/2004 BUDGET FUND #401-441 652.602 ALLOCATION OF $20,000.00, AND AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE APPLICABLE PROPOSAL ON BEHALF OF THE VILLAGE. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. A Contract Award to TLC Diversified, Inc., in the amount of $19,840.00, piggybacking the Seminole County annual contract No. CC-1220-03/TLC to remove and replace the filter media in filters #5 and #6 at the water treatment plant, having a FY 2003/2004 budget fund allocation of $20,000. • THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION WAS OFFERED b Council Member y brG 2i ~~1t;..1~C.,who moved its adoption.
