of fifty dollars ($50.00) shall be assessed.

Conclusion of law is that the Respondent is in violation of Ordinance Appendix
A, Section XII(O)(8) of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta.
Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondent, Tamwest Realty
Inc. shall comply with Ordinance Appendix A, Section XII(O)(8) of the Code of
Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by the 31st day of August, 2003. If
Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a fine of fifty dollars
($50.00) per day shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to
exist.
Fine Imposition Hearings:
The Respondent, Eric Fritz, was not present at the hearing, however, there
was a finding of proper notice. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer
testified to the ongoing violation.
Conclusion of law was that Respondent was in violation of Ordinance #464,
App. A of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta.
Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that the Respondent Eric Fritz shall
immediately comply with Ordinance #464, Appendix A, of the Code of
Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. A fine of seventy five dollars ($75.00)
is hereby assessed for the violation that has existed. Said fine shall be paid
by the 20~' day of September, 2003.

Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that the Respondent, John
Dambrosio, shall comply with Ordinance #512, Section 9-55 of the Code of
Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by the 15th day of September, 2003, for
the January 11, 2002 emergency transportation. If Respondent does not pay
the fee of four hundred two dollars and fifty cents ($402.50) within the time
specified, a fine of twenty five dollars ($25.00) per day shall be assessed for
each day the violation continues to exist.
A certified copy of this Order may be recorded in the Public Records of Palm
Beach County, Florida, and once recorded, ,shall constitute a lien against the

Conclusion of law was that Respondent is in violation of Ordinance #511,
Section 4-13, of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta.
Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that the Respondent, Timothy A.
Menzer, shall comply with Ordinance #511, Section 4-13 of the Code of
Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. Respondent is hereby assessed a fine
of fifty dollars ($50.00) for the violation that has existed. This fine is to be paid
by September 19, 2003.
A certified copy of this Order may be recorded in the Public Records of Palm
Beach County, Florida, and once recorded, shall constitute a lien against the
property of the original amount upon which the violation existed and upon any

Section 4-13, of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta.
Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that the Respondent, Robert O.
Pryel, shall comply with Ordinance #511, Section 4-13 of the Code of
Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by August 32, 2003. If Respondent
does not comply within the time specified, a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00) per
day shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist.
A certified copy of this Order may be recorded in the Public Records of Palm
Beach County, Florida, and once recorded, shall constitute a lien against the
property of the original amount upon which the violation existed and upon any
other real or personal property owned by the Respondent, pursuant to Chapter
