The hearing was called to order at 10:00 A.M.

Conclusion of law is that the Respondent is in violation of Ordinance #355,

Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondent, Dee J. Graznow,
shalt comply with Ordinance #464, App A, Section X-L(3) of the Code of

A Status Hearing will be held before the Special Master on the 26th day of
June, 2003, at 10:00 a.m., at the Tequesta Recreation Center Main Meeting
Room (Council Chambers), 399 Seabrook Road, Tequesta, Florida.
Respondent shall have begun complying in some manner by the date of this
hearing.
A certified copy of this Order may be recorded in the Public Records of Palm
Beach County, Florida, and, once recorded, shall constitute a lien against the
property of the original amount upon which the violation existed and upon any

found that there is an inherent danger in an unlocked pool in a neighborhood
with children.
Conclusion of law was that Respondent is in violation of Ordinance 355, App
A, Sec. X(E)(5), of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta.
Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondent, Brenda H. Amold,
shall comply with Ordinance #355, App A, Section X(E)(5), of the Code of
Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by the 25th day of April, 2003. If
Respondent does not comply within the time specked, a fine of two hundred
fifty dollars ($250.00) per day shall be assessed for each day the violation
