The hearing was called to order at 10:00 A.M. A. Code Enforcement Special Master Torcivia approved the minutes of the March • 27, 2003 Special Master Hearing. B. Violation Hearing: Case No. 0395111 Orville F. Alwin, Jr. 355 Saturn Avenue tequesta, Florida 33469 Legal: Jupiter in the Pines Section D 60-43-40-30-04-034-0130 Violation of Code of Ordinances, #355, App A, Section X-L(Z) Page 1184.2 Parking Recreational Vehicles The Respondent, Orville F. Alwin, Jr., was present at the hearing. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Offcer testified to the violation. Conclusion of law is that the Respondent is in violation of Ordinance #355, App A, Section X-L(2) Page 1184.2 Parking Recreational Vehicles, of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. Special Master Torcivia ordered that Respondent, Orville F. Alwin, Jr., shall comply with Ordinance #355, App A, Section X-L(2) Page 1184.2 Parking • Special Master Hearing April 24, 2003 Page 2 Recreational Vehicies,of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by the 25th day of April, 2003. Graznow 15 River Drive Tequesta, Florida 33469 Legal: Tequesta Replat of Pt Lt 8 60-42-40-26-02-000-0080 Violation of Code of Ordinances, #464, App A, Section X-L(3) Page 1185 Parking R-1-A Zone The Respondent, Dee J. Graznow, was present at the hearing. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer testified to and provided a photograph of the violation. Conclusion of law is that the Respondent is in violation of Ordinance #464, App A, Section X-L(3), of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondent, Dee J. Graznow, shalt comply with Ordinance #464, App A, Section X-L(3) of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. A Status Hearing will be held before the Special Master on the 26th day of June, 2003, at 10:00 a.m., at the Tequesta Recreation Center Main Meeting Room (Council Chambers), 399 Seabrook Road, Tequesta, Florida. Respondent shall have begun complying in some manner by the date of this hearing. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer testified to the repeat violation. Conclusion of law was that Respondent is in repeat violation of Ordinance 464, Sec. X-L(3), Page 1185, Parking R-1-A Zone, of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00) shall be assessed in accordance with Ordinance 464, Sec. X-L(3), of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. Said fine shall be paid by May 24, 2003. If Respondent is found in repeat violation, a fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00) shall be assessed. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer testified to the repeat violation. Conclusion of law is that the Respondents are in violation of Ordinance #355, App A, Section X-L(2) of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. Special Master Torcivia ordered that a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00) shall be assessed in accordance with Ordinance #355, App A, Section X-L(2) of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. X- L(3), Page 1185, Parking R-1 A Zone The Respondent, Roberto O. Lopardo, was present at the hearing. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer testified to the repeat violation. Conclusion of law was that Respondent is in repeat violation of Ordinance 464, Section X-L(3) of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. Pignato, was present at the hearing. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer testified to the repeat violation. Conclusion of law was that Respondents are in repeat violation of Ordinance #355, Sec. X-L(2) of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. Schiller, was present at the hearing. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer testified to the repeat violation. Conclusion of law was that Respondents are in repeat violation of Ordinance #355, Sec. X-L(2) of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. • Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00) shall be assessed in accordance with Ordinance #464, Section X-L(3), of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer testified to and presented a photograph of the violation. A Status Hearing will be held before the Special Master on the 26~' day of June, 2003, at 10:00 a.m., at the Tequesta Recreation Center Main Meeting Room (Council Chambers), 399 Seabrook Road, Tequesta, Florida. Case No. 0391570 Brenda H. Arnold 360 Mars Avenue Tequesta, FL 33469 • Legal: Jupifier in the Pines Sec D 60-43-40-30-04-034-0050 Vio{anon of Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta, Ordinance #355, App A, Sec. X(E)(5), Page 1173, Swimming Pools The Respondent, Brenda H. Amold, was not present at the hearing; however, there was a finding of proper notice. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer testified to and produced photographs of the violation. The Special Master found that there is an inherent danger in an unlocked pool in a neighborhood with children. Conclusion of law was that Respondent is in violation of Ordinance 355, App A, Sec. X(E)(5), of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondent, Brenda H. Amold, shall comply with Ordinance #355, App A, Section X(E)(5), of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by the 25th day of April, 2003. Palmetto Park Rd, Ste. 400 Boca Raton, FL 33432 Legal: Waterway Village Unrec On 60-43-40-30-05-000-0901 Violation of Code of Ordinances Chapter 3 Section 305.15, Page 7, Accessory Structure • The Respondent, H 8~ J Tequesta Associates, -was not present at the hearing; however, there was a finding of proper notice. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer testified to and provided photographs of the violation. Conclusion of law was that Respondent is in violation of Ordinance Chapter 3, Sec. 305.15, of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondent, H & J Tequesta Associates, shall comply with Ordinance Chapter 3, Section 305.15, of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. A Status Hearing will be held before the Special Master on the 29"' day of May, 2003, at 10:00 a.m. at the Tequesta Recreation Center Main Meeting Room (Council Chambers), 399 Seabrook Road, Tequesta, Florida. Conclusion of law was that Respondent is in violation of Ordinance #355, App. • A, Sec. VIII(C), of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondent, Warren E. McCormick, shall comply with Ordinance #355, App A, Section VIII(C), of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by the 20th day of May, 2003. If Respondent does not comply by the time specified, a Fine Assessment Hearing will be held before the Special Master on the 29th day of May, 2003, at 10:00 a.m. at the Tequesta Recreation Center Main Meeting Room (Council Chambers), 399 Seabrook Road, Tequesta, Florida.
